The background is Gelli printed with acrylic paint and Blazer Designs stencil (mini stick flower) from The Crafters Workshop.
Cat woman is a mix up of Whimsical Girl with Florals and Les Chat (Franoise). The image was coloured with Sharpie markers. Gel dots were added and stamped alpha letters.
